Online practice with a clear syllabus focus

Use online exam practice to work on the syllabus topics you want to improve. Build a personalised practice session from the available questions, answer them online and use the feedback to identify an idea or step to review.

Choose what you want to practise

Start with your IB, A-Level, IGCSE or AP course and select a syllabus range. Adjust the available question-count, difficulty and paper options to suit your session. The question mix depends on the selected course and available pool.

Turn feedback into another attempt

Work through each question and use the feedback to identify a missing idea or step. Review the relevant Notes material when needed. If you are unsure where to begin, Diagnostic can help you choose a topic to focus on next.

When to choose Practice

Choose Practice when you know the syllabus range you want to improve and want to work through questions with feedback as you go. If you are unsure which area needs attention, start with an available Diagnostic instead.

Prepare a focused session

Choose your course and syllabus scope, then use the available question-count, difficulty and paper options. Set a manageable goal, such as applying one method correctly or improving one kind of explanation. Available questions depend on the course and selected pool.

Build your practice set

  1. Choose a scope and question mix

Select your course, syllabus topics and available session options. Keep the scope small enough to review your answers carefully.

  2. Attempt each question

Write your answer or complete the response requested. Use the help and feedback available in the session to understand missing points.

  3. Review and repeat deliberately

Identify one gap from the feedback, revisit the matching explanation and make a fresh attempt on that skill.

Use the result to choose your next attempt

Review the feedback and identify the idea or step your answer missed. Read the matching Notes if needed, then practise that idea again. Completing a set is evidence of the questions attempted; it does not by itself demonstrate mastery of the whole syllabus.

Common questions

Choose Practice when you know what you want to work on and want feedback after each question. Choose Diagnostic when you want to identify likely weak areas; feedback and results are shown after you finish.

Available questions can include multiple-choice and written responses. The mix depends on the course, selected topics and available question pool.

After selecting a course, open its Practice setup to choose the syllabus scope, question count, difficulty and paper options that are available. The top-level entry selects the course; it does not show all session settings.

Open History to switch between Practice and Diagnostic records. You can continue an unfinished session, review a practice session or open a completed diagnostic report.

Check the course and selected syllabus range. You can adjust the available filters or choose a broader relevant range within the same syllabus. Question coverage varies, so not every combination will produce a set.

You can choose a course and review the available Practice setup before signing in. Sign in is required to start and save a session. Your available question pool and access depend on the selected course and account.
